The offer is intended for organisations acting through authorised representatives. A confirmed order and any individually agreed terms take precedence over general descriptions on this website.
2. Registration and electronic contracts

A service contract requires a separate booking and acceptance specifying the package, usage allowance, charges, term and applicable terms. Electronic contracting is subject to the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This information website has no payment checkout.
3. Cloud service
The confirmed package defines the available personal and independent AI assistants, collaboration, company knowledge, permissions, approvals and password management. Setup and a monthly AI usage allowance are included as specified in the order. Unlimited employees does not mean unlimited AI usage. Additional usage must be separately agreed and charged.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
The advertised Cloud price is INR 19,000 per month for the whole company. On premise is INR 99,000, with the scope specified in the accepted offer. Additional AI usage costs extra. The offer must specify payment method, due dates and any applicable GST or other taxes before acceptance. Prices are stated in Indian rupees. The website does not itself authorise later price increases.
5. Promotional bookings
Where expressly offered and accepted at booking, the new-customer Cloud promotion has a twelve-month term: month one is INR 0 and the next eleven months are INR 19,000 each, a total of INR 2,09,000 before applicable taxes and extra usage. On premise is excluded. The promotion is not an unrestricted free service. Renewal and cancellation conditions must be stated in the accepted order.
6. On premise and roadmap
On premise is supplied under an individual offer defining hardware, support, integration responsibilities and price. The local system currently uses an external Indian language model service. Local AI, Isva OS and telephony are future development topics unless expressly included in a confirmed order. No release date, offline operation or automatic upgrade is promised.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide content they may lawfully use, configure suitable access permissions, protect credentials and train users. Illegal activity, unauthorised access and circumvention of usage limits are prohibited. Processing sensitive information requires a suitable agreed deployment and safeguards. Customers remain responsible for the lawfulness of instructions and disclosure of personal information.

9. Content, confidentiality and processing
Customers retain their rights in supplied content and grant only the rights needed to deliver the agreed service. Both parties must protect confidential information within the agreed purpose, subject to lawful disclosure duties. Company data is not used to train the underlying AI model. Processing roles, service providers, security, location, transfers and deletion must be addressed in the applicable service agreement before product use.
10. Support, availability and liability
Support arrangements, service levels, maintenance, remedies and any limitations of liability must be stated in the accepted agreement. This website does not promise uninterrupted service.
